I've enjoyed the Marvel Cinematic Universe films so far, with the exception of Spiderman, which I have not seen, but will probably like when I do. So I'll start the list with Black Panther, Avengers: Infinity War, & Ant-man and The Wasp. I think those are the only MCU films due out this year.
I also have my eye on Super Troopers 2, which will be awesome if it's half as good as the first one, but could be awful if there's too much fan service.
I can probably wait until Tomb Raider comes out on DVD, although I'll probably watch it. Same with the Fantastic Beasts movie, but mostly because the Mrs. will demand I watch it with her.
But on Christmas Day, the Freddie Mercury biopic "Bohemian Rhapsody" is in theaters, and I think it's going to be awesome. It stars Rami Malek from 'Mr. Robot'.
Noticably absent from this list is the Han Solo stand alone Star Wars movie. I'll probably see it, but I'm just kind of over Star Wars at this point. They need a reboot, or a whole new series completely unrelated to the main sequence of films, like something set during the Old Republic period or something, and get someone in there who will take a scalpel to all that garbage cannon. But that's a whole separate post, and I don't want this post to devolve into SW talk.

I saw Black Panther, and I agree I am looking forward to the other MCU movies and Super Troopers 2. You left out Deadpool 2 which I think should be good because Deadpool was really good. I AM looking forward to Solo, especially after seeing the most recent trailer. I am hoping that maybe the in between movies are the good ones because I was really middle of the road on Last Jedi. I don't really care about Tomb Raider. The New Mutants looks interesting. I think I would also see Red Sparrow, the new Death Wish with Bruce Willis, and I will probably go see the new Pacific Rim with my kid.

I dug Pacific Rim for what it was... giant robots fighting giant monsters. No need to go looking for depth in a movie like that :p. I did end up seeing Pacific Rim: Uprising and it was about the same as the first. Better acting... less story... about the same amount of monster fighting.
